When using ASE, you can count on a track record of more than 98% of shipments getting delivered within 15 minutes or less of the time promised. Our specialty and commitment is moving your time sensitive and emergency shipments on time, every time. Customers have rights to our Exclusive Use Vehicle which transports your shipment- and only your shipment- direct from your location to the consignee’s location. This eliminates shipment handling from truck to truck and terminal to terminal as with many traditional carriers. Our operations are free from consolidation. When going (EUV) direct, your shipment doen’t get lost in the shuffle.

Just a few All State Customers

All-State Express service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. If at any time during transit All-State Express is going to be more than 15 minutes late, an agent calls both the shipper and the consignee. Problems caused by a delay can be immediately addressed and solved by both parties. All-State Express guarantees its services to its customers. If a delivery is more than two hours late, ASE will refund 25% of the shipping charges; if delivery is more than four hours late, ASE will refund 50% of the charges and if you shipment arrives more than six hours late, ASE will not be charging for that run. Please note that this excludes any acts of God or highway incidents causing delays of your shipment. ASE will stay in constant communication with drivers and shippers to give updates of your shipments location when requested.

All-State Express can be faster and often less expensive than air freight shipments over 500 pounds and up to 800 miles. That’s not all. ASE does not charge dimensional fees for oversized shipments or any additional weight charges. There is no chance in your shipment getting bumped or missing a flight because of certain limitations and procedures of airlines. Your shipment goes ground and exclusively straight through. That’s our Exclusive Use Vehicle promise.

SURFACE EXPEDITE: Surface Expedite from All-State Express is not just expedited time sensitive shipping, it’s exclusively tailored for you and your shipments deadline. All-State Express surface expedite means you get services including 24 hour/ 7 days a week availability. With surface expedite, your shipment can reach its destination faster and less expensive than with air freight for your shipments weighing over 500 pounds and traveling up to 800 miles. Surface Expedite is more reliable and exclusive use, so our focus is solely on your shipment and its safety and security while in transit.

Advanced Tracking System

FREIGHT RESCUE: This service is for those times when your non-emergency freight suddenly turns into an EMERGENCY HOT SHOT, just telephone and we’ll recover your shipment and expedite it directly to your customer or from your supplier to you. Whether your faced with a stranded, misrouted or delayed shipment, ASE can recover and expedite delayed, stranded or re-consigned shipments from another air or surface carrier.

HAND CARRY (on-board courier): For shipments requiring extra security or special handling, we offer our special Hand Carry Express Service. We take it to the nearest airport via a dedicated exclusive use truck. From there, our associate boards a commercial aircraft with your shipment in hand, assuring security and total control during its time in transit. Even for a commercial flight, we track the aircraft every mile of the way with constant communication with you and the courier. Upon landing the courier delivers immediately to the destination via exclusive use truck, and your shipment has arrived as promised- on time, secure and never out of our sight.

AIR CHARTER: This mode of Emergency Transportation is Exclusive Use Aircraft, the choice by which companies meet those critical delivery deadlines. Production down time, medical emergencies, power plant maintenance and national disaster relief are typical examples of problems where All-State Express Charter has been invaluable to customers.

Air Charter Services/Aircraft Equipment Profiles

MULTIPLE STOPS & BACK HAULS: Sending parts of a critical shipment to more than one location should not be a headache of yours- not with multiple stop service from ASE. If you have expedited shipments going to multiple places, we can take them on the same truck or trucks. Our special routing software enables us to come up with the most cost effective route to deliver to your locations. You’ll pay less for each “unit” shipped to different locations- yet they’re delivered by your critical deadline. We offer a discount on return load shipments (back haul loads) The discount will be applied to the return leg (portion) of a shipment.
